tsconfig.json may be missing or not in the root of your project. If it doesn't exist, try running wh checkmodule <yourmodule>. If it does exist, verify it's at the root of your project

The RedHat XML plugin has its own formatter, but for WebHare the formatter in the WebHare Language Plugin is preferred. Use these steps to select the formatter to use for XML documents.
